Experience
Dr Zsuzsanna Tungli is an expert and passionate advocate of global and inclusive leadership, gender equality and cultural intelligence. Her work over the past 30 years has spanned Asia, the US and Europe in the areas of consulting, research and executive education. She is currently the Managing Partner of Developing Global Leaders, a boutique inclusive leadership development company based in Singapore. Zsuzsanna has been an invited faculty at a number of business schools including London Business School, IMD and the Central European University in Europe and INSEAD, the National University of Singapore and Singapore Management University in Asia.
A regular speaker and facilitator at international conferences and company events, Zsuzsanna founded the annual not-for-profit Inclusive Leadership Forum in 2021 and developed the Inclusive Mindset and Behaviours Self-Assessment in 2022, both aiming to facilitate the spread of inclusive behaviours in the workplace and beyond.
Zsuzsanna is the author of the following books: The Culture Key between Asia and the West – Essentials for Global Business Success (2021), Getting your Message Across: Email Communication in Global Business (2015) and she is also a co-author of My Voice, Vol.6., Inspiring Journeys of Self-Reflection, Perseverance & Fulfilment – A collective memoir of 20 Women (2023).
Zsuzsanna earned a PhD in International Business at London Business School and an MBA at Bocconi University in Milan, Italy. She also has a Masters in Economics from Corvinus University in Budapest, Hungary.
