Dr Aneeta Rattan’s research interests focus on mindsets and intergroup relations (stereotyping, prejudice, and inequity).

Experience

Published in top psychology journals, her research has also featured in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Forbes magazine, and Huffington Post among others. She has also received multiple research grants from major funding agencies in the United States.

Academic Focus

Professor Mohliver is a strategy scholar specialising in quantitative research of business ethics and corporate social responsibility (CSR). He helps organizations understand why misconduct emerges, and thus help them pre-empt behaviours that harm the organization or its broader stakeholder environment. In a related stream Aharon studies the implications of social polarization for firms wanting to engage in CSR.

Academic Focus

Professor Randall S Peterson is Academic Director of the Leadership Institute. His current research activities include investigating: leading diverse teams, how CEO personality affects top management team interaction, leadership transitions in organisations, board effectiveness, conflict management in teams, and the effects of member personality on group interaction and performance.

Academic Focus

Professor O’Connor is an authority on negotiation, conflict management, and collaboration. She has studied the impact of teams at the bargaining table, how stress influences negotiators’ choice of tactics, and how reputations for toughness undermine negotiators. Her recent research investigates how men’s and women’s facial features—their attractiveness as well as the masculinity/femininity of their facial features—influence how other people treat them. Her current project centres on women’s career paths to understand how women navigate moments of decision. In particular, she is investigating the roles of fear, courage and serendipity in women’s working lives. O’Connor’s research has been honoured by awards from leading academic organisations, including the Academy of Management and the International Association for Conflict Management and has been cited in a number of news outlets, including the Financial Times, Associated Press, and the Wall Street Journal.

Academic Focus

Jill trains business people to increase their personal presence and the impact they have upon others through body language, posture and vocal work. 

Experience

She is a specialist dialect coach working with actors, including; Meryl Streep, Javier Bardem, Dame Vanessa Redgrave and Dame Maggie Smith. Jill studied Drama at university and holds a distinction in the Advanced Diploma in Voice Studies from the Central School of Speech and Drama. As a voice and dialect specialist she has worked extensively within the theatre.

Jill has designed and run courses for IPC Magazines, Lloyds of London, The Association of MBA.s, the Metropolitan Police, Standard and Poors, Beddows & Co, The BBC, KPMG and others, as well as one-on-one executive coaching sessions for clients from a wide range of companies and sectors. She has also worked extensively with the Young Presidents Organisation in England and internationally.

Jill was an Adjunct Professor at Yale University.
